Technical Support Specialist: Harmon, Illinois
Our customer in Harmon, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Technical Support Specialists to work fulltime on 1st shift. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product troubleshooting, interpreting electrical schematics, and providing technical support while maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with troubleshooting products.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
  • Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters to identify issues.
  • Enter order data and service information into the computer system.
  • Provide clear communication and support to customers.
  • Assist with additional technical support tasks as needed.
Technical Support Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Electrical diagnostic experience and understanding of circuit boards required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in troubleshooting equipment.
