Schedule: M-FRI; 8:00AM – 4:30PM (HYBRID, 3+ days in office)

Pay: $62k-$75k

Now Hiring: Goodwill TalentBridge is seeking an Internal Recruiting Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in driving our talent acquisition strategy.

What You’ll Do

Own The Talent Lifecycle

• Lead full-cycle recruiting – from sourcing and cold outreach to interviewing, placement, and onboarding
• Develop and execute client-specific recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
• Proactively market top candidates to existing and prospective clients

Build relationships that matter

• Partner with hiring teams and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs
• Support employee relations for contract employees and ensure a positive experience
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for both talent and customers

Drive Results

• Meet and exceed placement goals and performance targets
• Manage candidate pipelines, track activity, and maintain accurate data in recruitment ATS systems
• Identify creative sourcing strategies using social media, networking, and direct outreach

Represent & Engage

• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions onsite
• Attend job fairs, community events, and outreach initiatives
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization in the marketplace and community

Execute with Excellence

• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and compliance requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring challenges

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management
• Comfort using recruiting tools, databases, and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

Work Environment
