Job description

**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

The Technical Alliance Manager is responsible for engaging with Syndigo technology partners to support the development of 3rd party connector apps, acting as a liaison with Syndigo Product, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for technical discussions with technology partner peer technical roles. This role will build and lead technology integration strategy and demos, acting as a technical evangelist for Syndigo technology integration with ISVs, 3rd party apps, and other integration partners, enabling the recruitment and development of technology partnerships. 

This role will support Syndigo's technology partnership strategy. Creating models for technical alignment and integration with Syndigo technology partners and prospects. This role will be the SME for the integration approach, project management for integration development with third-party apps, and partner-facing support for demos and technical discovery. Successful execution of this role will require close collaboration across Syndigo, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Alliances.

  • Engaging with technology partners to support the development of 3rd party connector apps
  • Acting as a liaison with Syndigo Product
  • Serving as an SME for technical discussions with technology partner peer technical roles
  • Building and leading technology integration demos
  • Acting as a technical evangelist for Syndigo technology integration, enabling the recruitment and development of technology partnerships
  • Supporting operational excellence and ROI through MBOs to support Syndigo's buildout of its technology ecosystem

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS, cloud, eCommerce, or data platform environments
  • Experience owning and delivering integrations with external partners end-to-end (not just internal solutioning)
  • Strong understanding of API-driven and cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade integration solutions
  • Ability to translate business and partner requirements into technical architectures
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships
  • Comfortable leading partner-facing technical discussions and driving integration forward
  • Experience supporting co-sell motions or connecting integration work to revenue and GTM outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and business stakeholders
