We are seeking a Network Engineer (NOC L1/L1.5) with strong expertise in networking, routing and switching, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will monitor network performance, troubleshoot routing and switching issues, optimize routing protocols, maintain Layer 2 technologies, and provide technical support for network-related incidents. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects, upgrades, firmware updates, and patch management.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to routing protocols and switch configurations.
  • Optimize routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
  • Implement and maintain VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and other Layer 2 technologies.
  • Ensure network security by applying best practices and performing regular audits.
  • Maintain documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and resolve network-related incidents.
  • Plan and execute firmware upgrades and patch management.
  • Support network operations and troubleshooting in a NOC environment.
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, incident resolution, and network availability.
