We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Video Teller, where you’ll connect with members in real time, solve problems, and make managing money easier, more effective, and yes—more fun!

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the friendly face (via video!) that members trust for everyday banking.
  • Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Spot opportunities to improve members’ financial lives and refer them to teammates who can help.
  • Use multi-factor authentication to keep our members safe.

Hit service and sales goals with the help of structured training and coaching.

  • Members leave every interaction feeling supported, informed, and empowered.
  • You build long-term relationships that turn everyday service into lasting loyalty.
  • You grow professionally through development opportunities and career enrichment.
  • You help us stay compliant with regulations.
What You Bring:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
    • Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus!
