Are you an energetic and dependable employee that takes pride in your craft and are available for immediate hire? We are currently seeking Production Operators for the for the Roselle, IL Kawneer/Arconic facility.
The Operator will be responsible to operate production equipment to meet quality/production targets and must show a commitment to environmental, health and safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Follows all safety procedures
  • Operates one or more pieces of equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce quality products while keeping pace
  • Follow instructions
  • Perform quality checks; visually inspect product for defects
  • Completes required paperwork
  • Duties required may include tasks that are safety sensitive
  • Overtime may be required
  • Other Job Duties as required

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Candidates must be available to work night shift

Preferred Qualifications
  • Aluminum product knowledge and/or experience with door and storefront fabrication
  • Self-motivated, focused on detail, people and service oriented, and possess good communication skills.
  • Experience with machine-based equipment, saws, punch press and/or milling machines.
  • Ability to utilize hand and power tools; ability to read basic shop drawings, measurements, fractions, and decimals.
