Amity Hall is a modern American craft beer and sports destination best known for its diverse selection, handcrafted cocktails and lively atmosphere. Named after the once known Amity Street in the heart of Greenwich Village.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Floor Manager to help oversee the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase of Sales

  • Quality of Service

  • Quality of Product

  • Staff Quality of Life

  • Neighborhood Relations

  • Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and staffing

  • Provide exceptional guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees

  • Train, coach and develop all front-of-house employees through ongoing feedback and the establishment of performance expectations

  • Ensure restaurant and bar is in complete compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

  • Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.

  • Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.

  • Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

  • Is knowledgeable on all DOH requirements pertaining to establishment.
