Why Join Visiting Angels?Unlike facility-based care, our caregivers work one-on-one with clients in the comfort of their homes. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, provide personalized care, and truly make a difference in someone's quality of life.
Pay & Schedule- Base pay $15 - $17/hr. an hour, based on your experience
- Bonus hourly pay for weekend shifts, caring for couples, shorter shifts, and other shift types
- Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Consistent schedules and recurring clients
- Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities available
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will assist seniors with activities of daily living while helping them maintain independence and dignity.
Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care assistance
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and social engagement
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Dementia and Alzheimer's support

Qualifications- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Smartphone for scheduling and visit documentation
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), STNA, CNA, DSP, or caring for a loved one is a plus.
