National Staffing Services is looking for outgoing, confident people to join our Talent Scout team.
You’ll work at exciting public events including festivals, concerts, sporting events, malls, trade shows and community events, meeting people and introducing them to opportunities to work as paid background performers in movies, television shows and commercials.
If you’re the type of person who enjoys talking with strangers and can start conversations easily, you’ll fit right in.
No entertainment experience is required—we’ll teach you everything.
What You’ll Do
• Attend exciting public events throughout Edmonton.
• Approach friendly people and start conversations.
• Explain how becoming a TV or movie extra works.
• Invite interested people to complete a quick 60-second information form.
• Collect contact information for our casting team.
• Represent our company professionally while having fun.

National Staffing Services has been connecting people with opportunities in the entertainment industry for nearly 20 years. Our Talent Scout team attends festivals, sporting events, concerts, malls, and community events to discover people interested in working as paid background performers for television shows, movies, and commercials.
We believe in creating a fun, supportive work environment where outgoing people can develop communication skills, earn competitive pay, and grow into leadership opportunities. Comprehensive training is provided, and no previous entertainment industry experience is required.
