Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to identify and evaluate client needs, creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintain ongoing documentation of client progress and treatment adjustments, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated care pathways, including consultations with psychiatrists and coordination with community resources.
• Provide education and engagement strategies to empower clients’ families, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and recovery processes.
• Participate in professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay current on best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license is required as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
• Proven expertise in mental health counseling, with directed training in evidence-based therapeutic methods.

Compensation and Benefits
