Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients to thoroughly evaluate their mental health concerns, identifying areas that require targeted intervention.
  • Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and aspirations, utilizing a range of evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster positive changes.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to provide holistic and integrated care for clients.
  • Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process, encouraging their active participation in promoting recovery and understanding mental health challenges.
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of confidential client records, adhering strictly to regulatory and ethical standards in all documentation practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship concerns. Qualifications
  • A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, with strong grounding in evidence-based treatment methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment of rapport and trust with clients throughout their therapeutic journey.
  • Proficient communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and client families.
Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques, enhancing client accessibility to services.
  • Prior experience in group therapy facilitation, particularly in leading support groups or psycho-educational workshops.
