Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients through thorough interviews and standardized screening tools.
• Craft personalized and measurable treatment plans that address the unique challenges and goals identified during assessments.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, engaging with psychiatrists and case managers to ensure a comprehensive and integrated treatment approach.
• Educate clients' families on mental health issues and strategies for support, fostering their involvement in the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience and specialized training in mental health counseling with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience
