Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, facilitating accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans for each client, addressing their unique mental health challenges while setting achievable goals.
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Engage and educate clients' families about mental health issues, encouraging their involvement in the therapeutic process.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation pursuant to legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and accessibility of client records.
  • Participate in regular case reviews and training sessions to continually refine skills and knowledge in mental health practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • A solid track record showcasing specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling.
  • In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices applicable to a breadth of mental health disorders.
