Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans, carefully tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, ensuring a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of clients' well-being.
• Offer psychoeducation and support to clients' families, empowering them to participate actively in their loved ones' recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with professional ethics and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counseling services are designed to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. You will encounter clients with a spectrum of mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your ability to utilize culturally competent strategies will enhance your effectiveness in connecting with clients and respecting their unique backgrounds.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrate expertise or extensive clinical training in mental health counseling with a strong understanding of various treatment modalities.
• Exhibit exceptional therapeutic skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients throughout their recovery journeys.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities to facilitate collaboration with the treatment team and enhance care delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with digital therapeutics platforms.
• Background in working within community health settings or with underserved populations.
• Training in trauma-informed care and knowledge of best practices for various mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
