Work Environment

This role will be conducted in a remote setting, enabling you to provide flexibility while working with clients from the comfort of your own space. Our outpatient model ensures that you will engage directly with clients, maintaining a focus on personalized care. Utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms, you will leverage technology to enhance client interactions and streamline documentation processes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, establishing a clear understanding of their challenges and strengths.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, integrating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one counseling sessions aimed at fostering personal growth and managing mental health conditions.
• Lead group therapy sessions or family therapy sessions as appropriate, helping clients navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and shared experiences.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that therapeutic goals are met and adapted as required.
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Cooperate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and enhance treatment efficacy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to remain informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health advancements.

Qualifications

• A valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and cultivate trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, with a demonstrated ability to tailor approaches to suit varying client needs.
• Background in evaluating treatment efficacy and making data-driven adjustments to clinical strategies over time.
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies for remote counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
