EAH goes to market via nine enthusiast focused websites (banners) - ECS Tuning, Turner Motorsport, Pelican Parts, Rennline, Texas Speed & Performance, Z1 Motorsports, Z1 Off-Road, RCI Off-Road and EVANNEX. EAH serves automotive enthusiast customers who are passionate about how their vehicle looks and performs, by providing the parts, content, knowledge and support to make their vehicle come to life. We also serve a global network of specialty installer shops that solve for customers looking for a "Do it For Me" option. EAH's leadership team has delivered strong organic growth with market-leading profitability. EAH has also completed multiple acquisitions and plans continued expansion of its served markets via acquisition.
EAH is owned and supported by Cortec Group, a premier private equity firm. Cortec has invested millions of dollars to expand EAH's operations, facilities, technology, and leadership. Among other investments, EAH has recently completed a significant facility expansion at its primary distribution center and is in the process of implementing enterprise-level ERP / WMS / OMS systems.
ECS Purchasing Department facilitates a positive customer experience by having the right product, in the right place, at the right time. We also focus on creating win - win partnerships with vendors and associates, which pave the way for future growth and opportunities at ECS. Our ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, a motivated problem solver, and a process challenger. If you posses those characteristics, we can teach you the rest! This is an Entry-Level role, great experience for active college students or recently graduated college students.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Submit Daily Purchase Orders for Assigned Suppliers
  • Follow-Up on Open Orders for Tracking and Invoice Information
  • Follow-Up on Back Orders for Updated Availability
  • Verify Price, Delivery and Open PO ETA Accuracy
  • Communicate Order Updates to Sales, Product, and Marketing Teams
  • Review and Expedite Product to Maintain In-Stock Availability
  • Obtain Credits for Short-Shipped Products
  • Provide Resolution for Invoice Discrepancies

What Success Looks Like:
  • Providing a positive customer experience by maintaining availability goals and finding alternatives for unavailable products.
  • Honest and transparent communication creating win-win partnerships between our customers, associates, and vendors.
  • Collaboration with other departments and suppliers to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, extra parts, etc within the respective SLAs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve and take active measures towards resolution independently, while collaborating with other team members, departments and vendors when appropriate.
  • Display the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback as a means of professional development.

Requirements
  • Proficient in software applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word
  • Willingness to be flexible and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task; Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter/quick learner
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude
