Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while remaining connected with our dedicated and collaborative team of professionals. The work schedule typically spans Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate client needs. This structure ensures you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailoring solution-focused interventions to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that each intervention aligns with the client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, contributing to the integrity and accuracy of client documentation.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and provide integrated support to clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and quality care delivery.
• Educate and empower clients and their families with knowledge on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering understanding and informed decision-making.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse clientele at our community health clinic, with individuals facing a range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health disorders. Our clients come from different backgrounds and experiences, requiring a tailored approach to therapy that respects their unique journeys and promotes healing.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• Strong foundational knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, emphasizing personalized, client-centered care.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective client relationships and collaboration with team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex client scenarios and develop effective strategies.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a remote setting is a plus, demonstrating self-discipline and effective time management.
• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities and willingness to adapt based on client needs.
• A proven track record of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing overall client care experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
