Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.
  • Utilize therapeutic methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities to facilitate client healing and growth.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices for patient privacy.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to provide cohesive care for clients.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the efficacy of treatment offered.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources to foster support systems beyond therapy.
  • Stay informed about advancements in mental health treatments and strategies through ongoing education and professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and stress-related concerns. Your goal will be to empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys successfully by providing compassionate and tailored therapeutic interventions that enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.
  • An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques that cater to the personalized needs of clients, ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • A demonstrated ability to engage in critical thinking and problem-solving within a therapeutic framework.
  • A collaborative spirit, enjoying team-based approaches to care while valuing contributions from peers.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies including CBT and DBT.
  • A history of working with a varied patient demographic, enhancing your adaptability and understanding of diverse mental health needs.
