- Maintain strong awareness of pharma industry trends, regulatory considerations, and client-specific business drivers, and understand how Slalom practice areas integrate to deliver value
- Oversee delivery quality and ensure consistent execution across complex, multi-workstream engagements
- Support client satisfaction measurement and ongoing relationship health
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, with a strong track record of growing and managing enterprise accounts.
- Deep experience leading engagements and teams across the full project lifecycle, with a focus on delivery excellence
- Proven success managing senior client relationships within large, complex pharmaceutical organizations
- Consulting experience within a professional services-focused environment
- Strong background in enterprise-scale program and project delivery
- Prior experience being accountable for account financial performance, including achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience navigating the regulatory, operational, and technology complexity of enterprise FS organizations
