Assistant Manager at Skyline Chili

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring Guest satisfaction and Team Member happiness. Requirements

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Well versed in food safety and restaurant guidelines
  • Cheerful and positive attitude
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment
  • Previous restaurant/food service management experience required

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and standards
  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
  • Willing to be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
  • Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
  • Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
  • Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
