2-4 years of hands-on experience managing brand and/or executive social media accounts, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proven ability to create and publish short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos), including shooting, editing, sound, captions, and publishing
Proficient in mobile-first content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar)
Strong knowledge of social media best practices, including optimal posting cadence, hashtag strategy, and visual storytelling
Demonstrated success growing and engaging audiences across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
Ability to translate brand and business priorities into compelling, on-brand content that resonates with a high-caliber, entrepreneurial audience
Highly attuned to emerging social trends, memes, platform updates, and industry conversations, with the instinct to jump on real-time opportunities
Comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders, including marketing, leadership, and customers, to ideate and execute content
Willingness to travel occasionally for events and on-the-go content capture
Strong attention to detail with an eye for brand voice, tone, and visual identity
