Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Client Services to join our Hospitality Studio. The Director of Client Services will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth within our Workplace practice. The Client Services Director is responsible for pursuing major opportunities, generating profitable growth and increased national market share by sourcing new clients and project leads, while working with existing clients for new or expanded opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

       Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue

       Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the luxury Hospitality market to position the firm competitively.

       Execute quarterly and annual goals, strategies and tactics to achieve objectives; continually improve business development strategies

       Attend networking events, be an active member of industry organizations and seek opportunities for leadership involvement

       Support development efforts, including direct involvement with the development of proposals, collateral, advertising, web content, branding, messaging, presentation formats, databases and public relations programs/campaigns

       Champion a client-focused culture throughout the organization, emphasizing responsiveness, accountability, and innovation.

Education, Work Experience, and Leadership

       BA or advanced degree in marketing, sales, architecture, design or related fields

       12+ years in progressive hospitality sector sales and marketing roles with demonstrated experience identifying, locating, and closing large accounts and variable projects.

       Strong understanding of procurement processes, regulations, and contracting mechanisms.

       Experience selling hospitality architecture and design services

       Coordinate with other disciplines and studios to streamline client communication and project delivery processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

       Comprehensive knowledge of marketing concepts, principles and strategies

       Creative, resourceful, dependable and self-directed

       Ability to build solid, profitable relationships with clients and prospective clients

       Advanced sales tracking software skills; CRM
