Job description

Scopely is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Monopoly GO! Game in Culver City on a hybrid basis, working 2 days a week from the hub.

At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

Monopoly GO! is a worldwide phenomenon, reaching tens of millions of players worldwide. This role is an opportunity to be part of a world-class team of marketers leading promotional efforts for a multi-billion-dollar game. The team is based in Canada, Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do

  • Drive go-to-market plans and campaign execution across seasonal content, major launches, and in-game events. Serve as the DRI for seasonal campaign planning, cross-functional alignment, and execution
  • Lead seasonal creative strategy and asset development across trailers, key art, and other promotional assets. Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to define creative direction, oversee production, and deliver best-in-class marketing assets.
  • Own seasonal User Acquisition and Reactivation creative development, partnering with Performance Marketing to develop creative testing plans, optimize messaging, and translate learnings into scalable creative frameworks that drive player acquisition and retention.
  • Drive product marketing communication across the organization, developing processes and communications that keep Publishing, Community, CRM, Social, ASO, UA, and other cross-functional partners aligned on the product roadmap and upcoming launches.
  • Manage marketing workstreams for licensed IP collaborations, partnering with external licensors and internal stakeholders to coordinate launch plans, creative reviews, approvals, and day-to-day communications, with opportunities to independently own select partnerships.
  • Become a product expert for MONOPOLY GO!, building deep knowledge of the game's systems, live operations, and roadmap to inform marketing strategy, cross-functional planning, and business initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related marketing role.
  • Experience driving marketing campaigns or go-to-market initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Experience developing creative assets and working with cross-functional teams, agencies, or external partners.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passionate about gaming with a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors
  • Experience working with licensed IPs is a plus.
  • Experience within the gaming or entertainment industry is preferred but not required. Experience working on AAA or mobile games is a plus

At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!   We are committed to creating a diverse, supportive work environment where everyone is treated with respect. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us & embrace the adventure!
