Role and Responsibilities

Samsung Electronics is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our Monitor category across retail channels. This role owns overall revenue planning and go-to-market execution - sitting at the intersection of supply chain management, sales, Integrated marketing and product strategy to ensure the right products are available, priced, and positioned to win.

You will work cross-functionally with SCM, Sales, HQ, and channel partners to drive sell-in and sell-through performance while hitting key business metrics including revenue, margin, profit, and market share.

  • Plan and manage overall revenue for the Monitor category across all retail channels, with strong focus on purchase planning, sales forecasting, and inventory management in collaboration with sales and SCM team.
  • Develop and execute pricing and promotion strategies that balance competitiveness, margin health, and channel sell-through objectives.
  • Define and manage channel management strategy - including account-specific programs, co-op/MDF allocation, and partner engagement.
  • Monitor and manage key business metrics - revenue, margin, profit, and market share - with regular reporting cadences to ensure targets are met and risks are flagged early.
  • Collaborate closely with SCM and Sales teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting, timely purchase orders, and inventory alignment across the channel.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that enable successful sell-in and sell-through performance with key retail accounts.
  • Partner with HQ to provide market intelligence and ground-level channel insights that inform future product lineup decisions and portfolio strategy.
  • Develop product strategies to effectively deliver market share and revenue targets within a competitive monitor landscape.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including channel rollout plans, launch readiness across retail and e-commerce accounts.
  • Create high-quality reporting and presentations for both leadership reviews and customer-facing business meetings.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable with POS data (Circana, Stackline & etc), market share analysis and competition landscaping analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for both executive leadership and external customers.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence across SCM, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Product teams.

Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of related experience in product marketing, category management within consumer electronics or retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.). Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.).
  • Experience managing P&L or revenue targets across retail channels.
  • Strong grasp of supply chain fundamentals - demand planning, inventory health, and channel replenishment cycles.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market plans for hardware product launches.
  • Experience building and maintain relationships with key retail or commercial channel partners.

Preferred

  • Experience at a consumer electronics OEM or major CE brand.
  • Background in pricing strategy, promotional planning, CPFR demand planning
  • Experience interfacing with global HQ teams on product roadmap and lineup planning.
