Job description

Become a pivotal part of Salesforce as a Senior Technical Architect, focusing on customer success and innovative solution design. Collaborate with enterprise clients, applying advanced Salesforce expertise.
In this role, you will support enterprise customers in overcoming challenges by leading complex Salesforce projects. With over 8 years of consulting experience, your strong communication and analytical skills will be vital in negotiating solutions and guiding teams. You’ll take the lead in executing strategic initiatives that drive the consulting practice forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic advisor for enterprise customers
• Manage customer expectations during project execution
• Negotiate solutions with clients and third-party partners
• Review program direction to ensure maintainability
• Collaborate closely with solution and delivery teams
Requirements:
• 8+ years in enterprise architecture
• 4+ years leading Salesforce projects
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies
• Obtain Canadian Government Security Clearance
