    Role Summary

    RPA Developer IV is a principal-level technical expert responsible for driving innovation, defining standards, and delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions.This role operates as a thought leader within the RPA program.

    Key Responsibilities

    Architect enterprise-wide RPA solutions and frameworks

    Define development standards, reusable components, and governance models

    Lead large-scale, high-impact automation initiatives

    Evaluate and implement advanced automation capabilities (AI, NLP, OCR)

    Partner with leadership on RPA strategy and roadmap

    Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

    7+ years of experience in RPA or software engineering

    Deep expertise in UiPath architecture and enterprise deployment

    Strong experience with system integrations and enterprise platforms

    Preferred Qualifications

    UiPath Solution Architect or equivalent certification

    Experience with cloud platforms and AI-driven automation
