Job Title: Project Coordinator - Shipping -

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Contract Length: 6-month contract to start - extension highly likely

Schedule: Onsite

Pay Rate: $24 - $27 per hour on W2 - benefits available

Russell Tobin is seeking a Project Coordinator to work for our international freight shipping client.You will be the primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end shipment lifecycle, including the inland delivery, by working closely with customers as well as internal stakeholders.

MUST HAVES

• Freight Forwarding, Operations, experience
• Experience with Cargowise

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for operational execution across all transport modes to meet customer deliverables
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to aid in strategic development of the customer,
• Demonstrate adaptability for market fluctuations, supply chain disruptions and customer timelines to meet contractual terms,
• Manage all communication from customers, agents, or other stakeholders - both internal and external. Accurately enter Bookings and all related documentations into the execution system and prepare import & export documents as needed,
• Establish and foster data driven relationships with customers to meet KPI's,
• Ensure that customers (external and internal) receive a quality of service and meet all KPIs.
• Accountable to ensure reporting and visibility of project tasks and deliverables.
• Identify value added solutions for the customer and client.
• Collaborate with internal project owners to meet KPI's.
• Responsible for identifying and reducing program operating costs.
• Support with rate procurement for on-going projects and known customers
• Maintains professionalism and courtesy in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders.

Critical Competencies

• Executional experience across all transport modes: ocean/air/rail/truck/barge including OOG cargo.
• Customer engagements and problem solving.
• Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders,
• Quality data input, management and reporting,
• Ability to handle and manage all shipping documents,

Accountabilities

• Successful, timely execution of project deliverables to meet customer contractual commitment.
• Delivering project within budgeted cost.
• Aiding customer growth through high customer satisfaction.
