Are you an experienced stylist or salon manager looking for a place to strut your talent and build your career? With us is a great career opportunity at our grooming salons. Roosters MGC is a Regis brand offering all types of grooming services for today's modern man. Management candidate should have at least 2-3 years of salon management experience doing scheduling, training, marketing and business development functions. Candidate will be
responsible for servicing customers as well.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Licensed in the State of MD
• Possession of good technical skills
• Willingness to follow proven processes
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must have good computer skills (word and excel)
• Prior Management experience managing a group of 6+ employees
• Willing to work hard, build relationships and assist in growing customer base
• Will be responsible for providing services to customers and managing all aspects of
the business (Revenue/product goals, daily shop operations, staffing/scheduling,
education initiatives, and business development).
