About the job

We're looking for a full-time Production Operator who values safety, trust, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Here at Ripple you'll find a culture that values engagement, flexibility, and high feedback. At times, mandatory overtime may be required, and flexible schedules are a must. Hours may change based on business needs.

The current schedule is generally M-TH 6:00am - 4:30pm. Schedule subject to change to meet the needs of the business. Overtime may be required from time to time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Packaging and labeling products.
• Washing dishes and small wares.
• Assist with scheduled cleaning of facility
• Attention to detail and product quality. This is critical to the role.
  • Perform and record regular quality checks.
  • Adjust process according to quality results to achieve target quality parameters.
• After a successful period of training, set up, shut down, and clean up equipment for daily production.
• General maintenance of equipment as required.
• Any other duties assigned by the Production Manager or Leads.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ years of age with a current MED Badge or the ability to obtain one.
• Manufacturing experience, with food manufacturing experience a plus!
• Able to stand for hours at a time, work in a hot environment, and lift 50 lbs.
• Read and write English to be able to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Must be reliable and able to attend the workplace in person daily.
