  • Decision Support and Ad Hoc Analysis: Drive cross-functional projects that create efficiencies, strengthen insights, and improve reporting capabilities. Deliver high-quality, timely analysis and recommendations for Executive Leadership and functional stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide strategic financial partnership for the Research & Development team globally, including close collaboration with R&D leadership to help shape investment planning, innovation decision-making, and long-range value creation
  • Manage financial planning and oversight for R&D and New Product Development (NPD) across categories and brands globally, including analysis of Net Sales and Gross Margin implications associated with innovation initiatives.
  • Drive financial analysis for NPD and Design-to-Value (DTV) initiatives in partnership with Brand Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain stakeholders, helping evaluate trade-offs, opportunities, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with R&D to develop and validate long-term plans that support Net Sales and Gross Margin growth across the current category and brand portfolio, including the creation and refinement of forecasting and scenario models.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and enhance FP&A processes, improving efficiency, scalability, and the quality of business insights.
