Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
  • Proficiency in understanding and incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities as well as cultural competence when working with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Strong communication skills, facilitating connection with clients and collaborating effectively with other professionals.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, showcasing motivation and initiative in your practice.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting preferred, but new graduates with a strong passion for the field may be considered.
  • Familiarity with technology platforms that enhance remote therapy delivery, including telehealth software and electronic health records.
  • A proven track record of building a caseload and managing client relationships effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, with actual compensation dependent upon experience and qualifications.
