Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a flexible schedule that allows you to decide the number of clients you see weekly, fostering a balanced work-life integration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team, showing flexibility and adaptability in collaborative settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in clinical settings, ideally focusing on trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and digital health tools to enhance client experience.
• Experience working with clients navigating complex family systems and relationship dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits
