Work Environment

This role is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will engage in live video sessions, allowing for a flexible work schedule that aligns with your needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly evidence-based care sessions with individual adults using live video conferencing software.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse network of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal progress measures to effectively monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and consultations to discuss complex cases and seek guidance when confronted with challenges.
• Document all client interactions comprehensively, ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining accurate and secure records in our digital systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions. Our aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their feelings and experiences, gaining valuable insight and tools for coping and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: We cannot accept interns or therapists requiring supervision.
• Demonstrated independence in managing client schedules, maintaining case records, and exhibiting high levels of professionalism in written and verbal communication.
• No disciplinary actions or complaints associated with your license.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing telehealth services or online counseling is advantageous.
• Experience in trauma-focused therapy or evidence-based practices such as CBT or DBT is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits

Full-time counselors in this position can expect an annual salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
