Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions for clients seeking support in navigating personal challenges, strengthening relationships, and overcoming trauma.
• Maintain a flexible caseload that suits your schedule, enabling you to manage and prioritize your time effectively.
• Utilize marketing tools and business best practices to grow your practice, ensuring you consistently connect with clients in need of support.
• Engage in collaborative team meetings to share insights, discuss case studies, and develop integrative approaches to enhance patient care.
• Verify client insurance benefits instantly through our advanced systems, ensuring efficient access to care for every client.
• Identify clients' needs and tailor treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices for optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, ensuring a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and theories.
• Must hold current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
• Proven capacity to work both independently and as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a remote therapeutic role would be an asset.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience, education, and geographic location.
