A The Rec Room, les superviseurs ou superviseures des services de restauration et de divertissement sont des membres de premier plan des equipes sur lesquelles nous misons pour offrir a notre clientele une experience de divertissement exceptionnelle. Le jeu et le divertissement passionnent les membres de notre personnel. Ils et elles souhaitent mettre leur experience a profit pour creer un environnement palpitant et attrayant.
Les responsabilites incluent, sans toutefois s'y limiter:
- Responsable de l'execution de tout ce qui touche les Groupes et evenements, le tout en offrant un service a la clientele irreprochable.
- Assurer le bon deroulement des activites de jeux, de vente au detail et du vestiaire et informer le personnel et la direction du service de toute correction necessaire a l'amelioration du service a la clientele.
- S'efforcer d'atteindre les objectifs de vente tout en respectant le budget etabli au cours des operations quotidiennes.
- Completer toutes les listes de controle quotidiennes, hebdomadaires et mensuelles, conformement aux exigences internes et externes (organismes de reglementation).
- Assurer la formation et le developpement des membres du personnel selon le service auquel ils et elles appartiennent (bar, service en salle, accueil/centre d'appel, divertissement et evenements et spectacles).
- Veiller a l'execution sans faille de tout ce qui touche les jeux afin d'augmenter les gains financiers tout en maintenant les couts a un niveau raisonnable.
- Tenir a jour les registres de paie et de presence conformement aux exigences legislatives et a celles de The Rec Room.
- Respecter toutes les exigences legislatives provinciales en matiere de sante, de securite alimentaire et de service d'alcool.
- Toutes autres taches qui vous seront confiees.
Qualifications requises:
Voici les raisons pour lesquelles ce poste a The Rec Room serait parfait pour vous:
- Vous avez ete superviseur ou superviseure pendant 1 a 3ans dans le secteur de la restauration, de la vente au detail ou dans l'industrie du divertissement.
- Vous avez deja forme du personnel (un atout).
- Vous etes en mesure de travailler selon des horaires variables, y compris le jour, le soir, la nuit, le week-end et les jours feries, selon les besoins.
- Vous avez d'excellentes competences en matiere de leadership, de communication, de service a la clientele, de resolution des conflits et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances des normes, des facons de faire, des pratiques et des particularites techniques de l'industrie de la restauration.
- Certification de vente, de revente et de manutention d'alcool applicable a l'echelle provinciale.
