Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and psychological evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients accurately. Create individualized treatment plans that are both effective and adaptable as clients progress.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, employing various counseling modalities tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues.
  • Collaborate continuously with case managers, psychiatrists, and external resources to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing your professional expertise to de-escalate situations and provide immediate assistance.
  • Participate actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and improving overall community well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health therapist at Randolph Behavioral Center, you'll serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will address a range of psychological concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. This role is crucial in promoting mental wellness and providing tools to individuals facing life's challenges, thus contributing to their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s or doctorate degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for developing trusting relationships with clients and effectively working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence to provide sensitive, personalized care to individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for maintaining accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a school or educational setting, providing mental health services tailored to children and adolescents is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and evidence-based treatment methodologies will set candidates apart.
  • A track record of involvement in community outreach programs or mental health awareness campaigns is favorable.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to competitive salary, the benefits package includes:
