Work Environment

In this remote role, you will primarily work with clients from the comfort of their homes or in a virtual school setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, using standardized tools and clinical judgment.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your clients' diverse needs.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and play therapy.
  • Engage with crisis situations, offering timely intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with educational staff and family members to advocate for clients, addressing any barriers that may impede their progress.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives that focus on mental health education, aiming to reduce stigma and promote mental health resources.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with school-aged children, adolescents, and their families who are facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. By addressing their needs through tailored therapy, you will significantly contribute to their personal development and educational success.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A completed master’s degree or a doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence, able to work effectively with individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a commitment to maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within schools or with youth populations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques to maintain effective client engagement.
  • Knowledge of local community mental health resources and referral processes.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
