Job Summary:
RIDE Mobility is a company focused on project management and coordination, and they are seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the execution and monitoring of assigned projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining effective communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Account Manager(s) in managing project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Support project planning activities including timeline development and resource allocation
• Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders or customers
• Help ensure alignment between project requirements and operational capabilities
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and status updates
• Track project changes and support change control processes
• Identify potential project risks and escalate issues to Project Manager as needed
• Assist with implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Support resolution of project obstacles to maintain project timelines
