The Regional Operations Support oversees the client’s Directors of Rehab temporarily with the goal of quality care, compliance, fiscal success, and implementation of new initiatives for the purpose of client satisfaction and retention. The Regional Operations Support reports to the Regional Vice President. Ideal candidates will live near a major airport in MA/NJ/NY, and have the ability to travel extensively.

Key Results Area

• Lead and develop high-performing rehab departments, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for their professional growth

• Participate in the pre-go-live phase of new contracts and provide onsite support for transitions per the Master Implementation Process Guide

• Schedule, prepare and actively participate in site visits with the determined frequency determined by supervisor

• Participate in DOR orientation and training as assigned.

• Assist with Regional PTO coverage, providing support to DOR’s and therapy teams

• Schedule and lead weekly calls with DORs to provide feedback, establish goals, initiatives, and verify follow-through to demonstrate competency of training material

• Develop, maintain, and support effective DORs in all key performance indicators and maintain QRM’s retention goal with collaboration amongst RVP and BD

• Communicate relevant information from the field to supervisor within 24 hours and confirm email receipt from clients within 4 business hours.

• Schedule, prepare and actively participate in site visits with the determined frequency determined by supervisor

• Assist client with evaluation and assessment of DOR performance on a routine basis and independently

• Collaborate with RVP and will complete the BK meeting document, monthly client report and prepare QBR slide decks to support and ensure client and QRM success.

• Actively participate in weekly calls and demonstrate competency of training material and implementation of directives

• Responsible for relaying information to the field via email, weekly calls, 1:1s, etc

• Communicate relevant information from the field to supervisor within 24 hours or as urgency dictates

• Schedule and lead weekly meetings with DORs to provide feedback, establish goals and initiatives, and verify follow-through of prior discussions

• Develop, maintain, and support effective DORs to ensure client and QRM success in all key performance indicators and maintain QRM’s retention goal

• Confirm email receipt from clients within 4 business hours and follow up by established deadline

• Collaborate with RVP and BD to manage client accounts to meet or exceed QRM’s retention goal

• Assist client with evaluation and assessment of DOR performance on a routine basis and independently determine measurable course of action for under-performing areas

• Evaluate and assess personal performance on a routine basis • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 5+ years PT, OT, ST in LTC preferred

• 2+ years management of DORs in LTC, multi-site preferred

• Proficiency in federal and state reimbursement and regulatory guidelines

• Independent and self-motivated • Innovative and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills

• Strong proactive written and verbal communication supporting client satisfaction and retention

• Strong collaborative skills with team and clients with ability to work remotely and autonomously Regional Operations Support 2
