The Highlands is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee guest service team members in areas such as service attendants, pool attendants, shuttle, ski valet, and snow removal. You’ll ensure exceptional guest experiences, keep your team informed about resort activities, and collaborate closely with other departments.

Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly and courteously to guest requests during check-in, checkout, and throughout their stay.

  • Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, guest rooms, and local attractions.

  • Handle luggage transfers and assist with shuttle and valet operations.

  • Keep work areas, bell carts, and entrances clean and organized.

  • Maintain communication with other departments to support overall resort operations.

  • Schedule and coordinate golf shuttles between Boyne Resorts.

  • Assist with hiring, scheduling, and training new team members.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills.


Qualifications
Qualifications
  •  Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Supervisory or guest service/hospitality experience preferred

  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods; able to perform medium physical work

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; customer-focused and professional
