Restoration - Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish. You will oversee production crews, manage job assignments, coordinate with adjustors and insurance carriers, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to company standards.
You'll play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong communication with leadership and clients.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management, operations, or restoration/construction preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with budgeting, estimating, or financial oversight
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them on-site
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping ability Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and team members

Requirements:
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Clean background check

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
