Inside Sales Representative
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch
Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative for a company located in Conover, NC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and previous inside sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage direct sales for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and contact potential new customers
- Handle incoming sales calls and customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to generate new business
- Provide product information and assist customers with their needs
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Requirements
- Two to five years of inside sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Motivated, professional, and customer-focused
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls
