Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health issues and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs, promoting emotional and psychological growth.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress through regular feedback sessions.
• Deliver teletherapy services, ensuring clear communication and effective support for clients in the remote setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and remain updated on emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. Qualifications

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients, fostering a positive therapeutic space.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly with outpatient therapy, is preferred.
• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling is advantageous, given the remote work environment.
• Familiarity with therapeutic techniques and methodologies relevant to family and marriage therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, based on experience and qualifications.
