About the role: The Account Manager at Rev.io is responsible for supporting customers throughout their post-implementation journey, helping them achieve business outcomes and continue realizing value from the Rev.io platform. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, sharing best practices, driving adoption, and helping customers navigate the evolving Telecom, MSP, and Security markets.
Account Managers partner closely with Sales, Support, Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to advocate for customers, identify opportunities for growth, reduce risk, and ensure a strong client experience. Success in this role is measured through key outcomes such as client retention, Net Promoter Score, product adoption, expansion opportunities, and reduced support volume.
Responsibilities
  • Manage post-implementation customer relationships, driving renewals and advocating for clients throughout their lifecycle.
  • Conduct efficient, targeted, and impactful customer consultations to understand business needs and recommend solutions aligned to client goals.
  • Drive platform adoption, maturity, and growth by sharing best practices, playbooks, and strategic guidance.
  • Identify potential expansion and new business opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Secure renewals to minimize churn, sustain revenue, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to streamline customer experiences and champion product enhancements.
  • Identify trends across customer accounts and share insights that support continuous improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback, engagement data, and account health indicators to improve customer success strategies.
  • Forecast and mitigate potential churn risk within assigned customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, renewal forecasts, customer notes, and action plans.

Skills Needed
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or related experience.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and proactively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback and engagement data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of the MSP and Telecommunications markets preferred.
  • Experience with ChurnZero or other Customer Success software preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
