Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients, focusing on developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support client progress and outcomes.
  • Complete comprehensive intake assessments, document session notes accurately, and maintain organized records in adherence to confidentiality standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, reassessing treatment goals and adapting plans as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
  • Engage in continued professional development through workshops, training sessions, and team meetings, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counseling center serves a diverse client population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications
  • A Master’s level degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
  • An active and unrestricted license to practice mental health counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) in the state of Florida.
  • A clean professional record without any disciplinary actions taken by any licensing board in any jurisdiction.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, demonstrating your capability and readiness to engage with a broad range of clients.
  • Experience and training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other methodologies that are essential for client care.
  • Proficiency in performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans that reflect a deep understanding of mental health needs.
  • Exceptional writing skills for documentation, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, eligible employees may receive a health insurance stipend and will enjoy a sign-on bonus upon successfully onboarding with Phoenix Rising Counseling Center.
