Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Deliver therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate records to track client developments effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to discuss client cases and share best practices for improved care.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with mental health trends and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele predominantly consists of individuals navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As part of our commitment to community health, we focus on providing accessible mental health services to all demographics, including adolescents and adults within the Orlando area. Your role will be integral in supporting these individuals as they work through their challenges and strive for optimal mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active license in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Psychology (PsyD or PhD), or any equivalent credential permitting unsupervised practice.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary action taken against you by a licensing board in any jurisdiction.
• Current licensure to practice in Florida.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical psychotherapy experience with adult clients.
• Proficiency in performing intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment planning.
• Experience in implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong writing skills for accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
