Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a secure and supportive environment.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community resources to develop integrated care strategies that enhance client outcomes.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment progress accurately, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into treatment approaches.
• Provide education and outreach to clients and their families, empowering them with the tools and resources necessary to navigate mental health challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Personal Evolution Therapy, you will primarily work with adults, many of whom are dealing with complex life issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Your focus will encompass a diverse population with varying socio-economic backgrounds, which requires a culturally sensitive approach tailored to each client's individual needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada is essential.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment interventions.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills are necessary for effective teamwork and client interactions.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology for delivering remote therapy is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 115,000 and USD 120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
