Personal Evolution Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Sparks, Nevada. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific goals tailored to each client's situation.
  • Engage in ongoing evaluation of clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance efficacy.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's well-being.
  • Provide psychoeducation and resources to empower clients and their families in managing mental health challenges.
  • Stay informed on current trends, best practices, and innovations in the field of mental health to continuously enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights with colleagues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on serving school-aged children and adolescents facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related experiences. A strong emphasis will be placed on supporting students in their academic and personal development, helping them build resilience and coping skills that can lead to successful outcomes both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active LCSW license to practice in Nevada is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and establish rapport with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Competence in conducting standardized assessments and efficacy in creating actionable intervention plans.
  • Proficiency in using remote therapeutic tools and platforms to deliver quality mental health support.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of relevant clinical experience in social work, especially within educational settings, is preferred.
  • Experience working with older adults can be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches can enhance the effectiveness of support provided.
  • Demonstrated experience with collaborative case management and stakeholder engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
