Personal Evolution Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity, providing critical mental health support at our Detox Center in Elko, Nevada. This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, substance use, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on assessments, client feedback, and evolving needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focusing on skill-building, coping mechanisms, and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery, participating in case conferences and consultation meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, therapy sessions, and any changes to treatment plans in adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families on mental health issues, wellness strategies, and community resources available for ongoing support.
• Utilize digital platforms for telehealth services when required, ensuring all client interactions are compliant with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on clients experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals in early recovery and their families, aiding them in navigating the complexities of detoxification and establishing a foundation for lasting recovery. Your efforts will significantly impact their journey toward improved mental wellness and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough assessments and crafting individualized interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate empathy and encourage clients throughout their recovery journey.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining clinical documentation and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in treating substance use disorders.
• Experience working with older adult populations or in a detox environment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document and manage client cases efficiently.
