Sales Associate

TheSales Associatedevelops deep, long lasting relationships with customers that lead to an increase in sales, service, and loyalty. Sales Associate compensation is commission-based and is directly tied to sales volume results

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers
  • Exceed all sales and service goals and targets
  • Build a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients
  • Attend all educational sessions offered including product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew seminars
  • Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price change, and related sales support tasks
  • Communicate regularly with personal clients through phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, birthdays, etc
  • Resolve all customer service issues and partner with selling management on any issues outside of guidelines
  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 4+years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
  • Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding sales quota required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekendsand holiday availability
  • Highly collaborative; working with and through others in a team-oriented environment
  • Leverages social media platforms to promote themselves as a fashion influencer and build personal brand

Le(la) conseiller(ere) a la vente developpe des relations etroites et durables avec les clients afin d'accroitre les ventes, le niveau de service et la fidelisation.   • Depasse tous les buts et objectifs inherents aux ventes et au service
  • Se compose une clientele de base personnelle loyale en acquerant constamment de nouveaux clients, en faisant progresser ses relations avec les clients existants et en retenant les clients fideles
  • Assiste a toutes les seances de formation, y compris les seances d'info sur les produits, celles offertes par les fournisseurs et les ateliers Holt Renfrew
  • Effectue le reamenagement du rayon, le marchandisage visuel, les changements de prix et toute tache connexe appuyant les ventes
  • Communique regulierement avec sa clientele personnelle par telephone, par courrier ou par voie electronique relativement aux evenements en magasin, aux demandes de produits, au suivi apres-vente, aux anniversaires, etc.
  • Regle toutes les preoccupations en matiere de service a la clientele et collabore avec la direction des ventes pour toutes celles qui ne sont pas dans les lignes directrices
  • Observe toutes les exigences et politiques en matiere de sante et securite
  • Effectue les autres taches qui lui sont assignees

Le(la)candidat(e) ideal(e) doit:

  • Posseder au moins 4 annees d'experience dans un environnement axe sur les ventes a commission
  • Avoir un rendement constant des ventes et des resultats demontres dans l'atteinte et le depassement du quota de ventes requis
  • Avoir la capacite de travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris le soir, les fins de semaine et les jours feries.
  • Etre tres collaboratif; travailler avec et par l'intermediaire d'autres personnes dans un environnement axe sur l'esprit d'equipe
  • Tirer parti des plateformes de medias sociaux pour se faire connaitre en tant qu'influenceur de la mode et batir une marque personnelle
  • Etre habile a utiliser de multiples canaux technologiques pour renforcer les relations existantes, favoriser l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et garder le contact
  • Utiliser l'application Holt Renfrew 360 pour rester en contact avec les clients et faire des suggestions ciblees en fonction de l'historique des achats et des preferences
  • S'adresser de facon proactive aux clients pour partager un point de vue trie sur le volet des nouveaux arrivages qui correspondent aux preferences des clients en matiere de mode
  • Avoir une bonne comprehension des tendances actuelles et emergentes de la mode
  • Posseder une vaste connaissance des produits dans toutes les categories de marchandises du magasin
  • Prendre l'initiative de se tenir au courant des nouvelles livraisons de marchandises dans toutes les divisions afin de maximiser le potentiel de vente
