The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality care throughout the surgical process-from pre-op to post-op and discharge. The Opportunity

What You'll Do
Clinical Assessment & Planning
- Conduct and document comprehensive patient assessments and vital signs
- Identify abnormal findings and communicate results promptly
- Develop and update individualized care plans during shift transitions
- Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve care goals
- Support patients through surgical procedures and recovery
- Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Monitor, document, and evaluate patient responses throughout care
- Participate in ongoing education and unit meetings to stay current with best practices
- Uphold facility standards, ethics, and evidence-based procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and families
- Prioritize safety and patient outcomes under pressure
- Value teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excel in a mission-driven, detail-oriented environment
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) and active RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of OR and/or PACU experience required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and CPAN certification preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of clinical best practices and patient assessment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Able to stand, walk, and perform fine motor tasks for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs, push up to 300 lbs, and communicate effectively with clear vision and depth perception.
