Project Manager (Stamford, CT)


Optomi, in partnership with a leading business integration firm, is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within Business Integration, focusing on Device Swap Governance (DSG) programs and operational transformation efforts. This role encompasses full lifecycle project delivery, from definition through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, bringing structure and accountability to shifting priorities while driving measurable outcomes.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, leading complex initiatives
  • Strong skills in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Wrike

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support
  • Manage multiple, concurrent workstreams ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and business goals
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Own and manage RAID logs, including mitigation and escalation strategies
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, including status updates
