    Job description

    Job Summary:
    Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a one-year term within the Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Program’s Data Center. The role involves developing web-based software applications and aligning with ORNL’s core values while fostering a respectful workplace.
    Responsibilities:
    • Independently develop web-based software applications.
    • Ability to understand and develop the required functionality provided by requirements and mocks.
    • Deliver ORNL’s mission by aligning behaviors, priorities, and interactions with our core values of Impact, Integrity, Teamwork, Safety, and Service. Promote equal opportunity by fostering a respectful workplace – in how we treat one another, work together, and measure success.
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional software development environment.
    • Experience with following: Languages: Javascript, Typescript, Python, SQL
    • Experience with following: Backend Frameworks: FastAPI
    • Experience with following: Frontend Frameworks: Vue2, Vue3
    • Experience with following: State Management: Pinia
    • Experience with following: UI Library: Vuetify
    • Experience with following: DB: Postgresql
    • Experience with following: Other: GraphQL
    • For employment at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), a Real ID compliant form of identification will be required.
