Scheduling & Field Operations Manager
We are seeking a dependable, organized Scheduling & Field Operations Manager to coordinate the daily scheduling of our school crossing guards and oversee our field supervisors.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and manage daily employee schedules
- Coordinate coverage for callouts and open posts
- Supervise and communicate with field supervisors
- Monitor attendance and daily staffing
- Respond quickly to scheduling and field issues
- Maintain accurate scheduling records
What We Are Looking For:
- Scheduling, staffing, dispatching, or operations experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage changing priorities
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must be fluent in both languages
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM
Salary: $48,000-$52,000 per year, based on experience
Position: Full-time
This is a key operational role in a fast-paced school safety organization. The right candidate will be proactive, responsive, and committed to making sure our team is properly staffed and ready each school day.
